These rustic, handmade Bud Vases are crafted from local terra cotta clay by artisans at the Atuto Group in Honduras exclusively for us. Each beautifully bulbous vase is whitewashed by hand after being kiln fired. Vases are made in short and tall and are watertight to suit different arrangements. Due to their handmade nature vases vary slightly in size and finish. ABOUT ATUTO Atuto Founder Holland Millis has worked with skilled craft-workers in Honduras for decades. A former Peace Corps volunteer from North Carolina, he leads the Atuto group in Sabanagrande, Honduras, which produces pieces made from clay, metal, stone, fiber, and wood.
